If your setup contains one of the following amplifiers or similar ones
without a visible RCA input, we recommend keeping the existing audio cable

BOSE, PowerMatch
If it is not possible to connect our audio cable directly, please use the RSA adapter to connect our audio cable with the cable from your amplifier
We recommend to secure the connection with some additional tape in this case
cable from the amplifier
connect with adapter and new audio cable
Plug the power connector of our music player
Note that if your country does not support type C or F electrical plugs, you will find a power adapter in the shipping box
Plug the other ending of the power supply into the new music player
As soon as the new music player is properly connected, it will boot automatically and the power button will light up white
within the next minute, the device will start to play
Plug the existing network cable from the previous player into one of the network sockets of the new music player
Plug the audio cable into the headphone port of the music player, immediately you will hear music
If you cannot hear music, make sure the volume on the amplifier is at an audible level and make sure that the right input channel at the amplifier is selected
If you still cannot hear music, check the output signal by plugging in some headphones in that port of the music player
If you hear the music through your headphones, the music player works
the issue is somewhere else, see the troubleshooting here
If the installation went well and you can hear music, it would be great to give a quick feedback
We will also check if the online connection works and your player is properly updated
Please let us know when you return a player
