NICE
About Nice!
This French town was founded all the way back in 350 BC by the Greeks who had settled in Marseille. The original name of this colony was actually Nikaia to commemorate Nike, their goddess of victory. It's been a magnet for tourists for about 400,000 years and even helped as a secret passageway for jews who were prosecuted during the Middle Ages. This history-rich city is one of many in France.
