French 1.7
QUEBEC
QUEBEC
This year in French 1, our class will be representing Québec! Québec is a French-speaking province located in eastern Canada. It is known for its French culture and how it differs from the rest of North America. Québec is home to beautiful castles, breathtaking scenery, and delicious cuisine that makes you feel like you are sitting in a chic cafe in France. We are excited to explore Québec's culture!

Vacances Amusantes et Festives
Thanksgiving
On Thanksgiving, our class took the time to thank everyone we love by writing french thank you cards. There were cards for parents, friends, and teachers!
Noel
Though we were not in school this holiday season, our class had lots of fun with many activities to help us learn about the French culture! We enjoyed listening to French music, discussing our family traditions, and making the most of our virtual Christmas in Dr. Gashi's French class. We played many games including Kahoot! and Quizlet Live to test our knowledge of the French culture during the holidays. We also baked some French desserts and even made Christmas cards for people living in Quebec! You can find some of our creations below!
