Napoleon Bonaparte was born on August 15, 1769 in Ajaccio, Corsica. That is the same year Corsica was taken over by France.
At 9, he went to France with his brother to join their Father.
Napoleon was teased at his first college, but eventually went to the Ecole Royale and joined the artillery. He was in many riots. He took over Fort Mulgrave and became a brigadier general. But before that he was given a group of soldiers to take some Sardanian Islands. They failed. Right after that he and his family had to leave Corsica. This is due to a loss of respect. The loss is due to Bonaparte writing articles that the President did not like. As Napoleon charged Fort Mulgrave, his family lived in a cramped house. After he became a Brigadier General, his family moved into a large house with him. He finally managed to stop the Royalist inssurections in Paris. Right after that, he was given charge of the French army of Italy. His 0-loss streak starts here.
