WWII, also known as the 2nd world war, was a major conflict from 1939-1945. Tons of countries were involved in the war, giving it the world war status. It was mainly fought in Europe, the Pacific, and the Atlantic, but it was also fought in Asia and Africa. It was the bloodiest war in history.
