The Longfellow staff is looking ahead to the 2022-23 school year. As part of this process, we would like to give you the opportunity to share some information that you would like for us to consider as we begin to make class groupings for the next school year. Click HERE to access and complete the form.
As you may know, Longfellow (LoES) is a Schoolwide Title I School. Parent Involvement is an important part of Title I. LoES and Howard County Public Schools (HCPSS) value your input and partnership in supporting the academic success of your child. Please take a few minutes to complete this survey regarding school improvement, climate, and family engagement.
In order to help our school streamline our contact tracing procedures, we are asking that parents provide information regarding their students' vaccination status.
Please take a moment to complete this form, if you feel comfortable doing so. Unless we can confirm your students' vaccination status through ImmuNet, we will need to assume that students for whom a response has not been submitted are unvaccinated.
Please submit one form per student. At this time, we only need the information for the student(s) who attend Longfellow Elementary School.
