HOW TO REGISTER FOR PRIDE PROM
Log In to your HCPSS Google Account. You'll need to be logged in to access the registration form and guest form.
REGISTER FOR PRIDE PROM by completing this Pride Prom Registration form.
Then either click OSP and follow the prompts to make your payment OR make a check payable to HCPSS for $30 for each person and mail to ATTN: D. DuPuis, ARL C-6, 10920 Clarksville Pike, Ellicott City, MD 21042
Additionally, If you are bringing a non-HCPSS guest, a guest form MUST be completed.
Who: Pride Prom Is open to all HCPSS high school students who are part of or allies to the LGBTQIA+ community
When: Saturday, June 8, 2024 from 8:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Where: Harriet Tubman Cultural Center
Cost: $30 per person

FAQs
Q. I'm In 9th grade. Can I attend Pride Prom?
A. Yes! Pride Prom is open to ALL HCPSS high school students and their guests. Please keep In mind that we only have a limited number of tickets. Register and pay early to secure your ticket to Pride Prom.
Q. What time do I have to be at Pride Prom?
A. Doors open at 8:00 PM. The latest time to check in at Pride Prom will be 9:00 PM. After 9:00 PM, no attendees will be permitted to enter. Refunds will not be given.
Q. What can I wear to Pride Prom?
A. Please wear Prom appropriate clothing (formal or semi-formal) to attend. Dress in clothing that you find affirming. Need something to wear? Feel free to stop by the Pop-Up Closet (sponsored by HCLS) at the Miller Library on Saturday, April 13th from 1:00PM-4:00PM. More Information here.
The clothing is FREE.
Q. When do I need to be picked up from Prom?
A. Prom ends promptly at 11:00 PM. Be sure you have a ride ready at that time.
Q. Will there be food?
A. Yes. We will have a variety of snack and dessert options at Pride Prom.
Q. I'm not in to dancing. Will there be other activities?
A. Yes! We have a LOT of activities for you to select from during Pride Prom. In addition to our dance floor In the gym, we'll have the following...
Meet a Unicorn! - Before you even enter the building, we're getting the party started! Don't be late so that way you can get your photo taken with our Unicorn on loan from Plot Twist Horse Farm.
Enchanting Escape Room Challenge - Find some friends and as soon as you arrive, sign up for your space to take this challenge! If you can escape with the clues provided, you and your teammates will win some prizes! This will be an all new escape experience for this year's Pride Prom!
Photo booth - Be sure to stop by at least once to get your photo taken! We'll be switching up the backdrop a few times during the night, so every hour will be a slightly different photo opportunity.
Tea Room - Take a break from dancing and chill with your friends. Sip some tea or cocoa.
Zen Garden Room - In this Zen Zone, you'll find a some quiet activities such as coloring, legos, and sand art as well as an opportunity to plant your own succulent to take home (sponsored by our friends at the LGBTQIA+ Commission of Howard County).
Game room - bring your friends, or make some new ones and try out a brand new game donated by LooneyLabs.
Dessert Dynasty - Enjoy the low lit, relaxing vibes as you enjoy dessert and converse with old and new friends.
