Drop in. Celebrate Pride Month and all things colorful by joining us for an afternoon of crafting. We will have 3 Pride related crafts to choose from while listening to some upbeat affirmating music. Drop in and do one, two, or all three crafts!
WednesDay, June 7
Family Hikes with Howard County Conservancy! Come join us on a 45-60 minute hike on moderate terrain. Pack a snack or dinner and eat outside under the pavilion after your hike! Each hike can accommodate 20 individuals, so be sure to register early!
UPDATE: Our Family Hikes have been canceled due to code RED air quality. Your health and safety come first. Stay tuned next school year from some other outdoor hiking options!

Join Silhouette Stages for a Rainbow Review of their latest production, Sondheim on Sondheim! Sondheim on Sondheim delves into the era of Intellectual musicals with an intimate portrait of the famed songwriter in his own words and music. This production will feature new arrangements of Sondheim's work, ranging from the beloved to the obscure, and interspersed with filmed commentary by the late composer himself. This unique opportunity features a post show Q & A with the director and cast.

Celebrate LGBTQ+ Pride month by making some cool beaded bracelets for you and your friends, while watching the movie Love, Simon (rated PG-13). You can make rainbows, different Pride flag color combos, names and/or pronouns, or anything else you like!

Visit the Robinson Nature Center for a Family Campfire! Families in the LGBTQ+ community are invited to join Robinson Nature Center as they partner with local LGBTQ+ organizations to celebrate pride month! Enjoy a guided night hike, meet some of the Nature Center's resident live animals and socialize with other families around a campfire while enjoying s’mores. All children must be accompanied by a registered adult.

Teen Action Board (TAB) Totes with Pride

Ages 11-18. 60 min. Learn about the Teen Action Board (TAB) and elebrate Pride Week by creating a tie-dyed canvas Pride tote bag (or pencil case) using Sharpie markers and rubbing alcohol. Wear clothing that is ok to get messy! Allow 30 minutes.
