Internal Leadership Resources

Monica Alvarado has passionately served in education for 30 years.  She currently serves HCISD as an Instructional Technology Specialist and Library Services District Lead.  Her leadership experiences include serving as a Teaching and Learning Specialist, an Instructional Coach, District MIT Leadership Member, Digital Classroom Lead and NASA Explorer School Team Member. Additionally, she is a John Maxwell Team member. Her journey in education has offered her and those she serves a vast range of experiences and specialize areas of expertise to support innovative work.
