The Mission of the Harlingen CISD Library Services Department is to ensure that students and staff have access to a broad range of materials, whether it be print or electronic, for pleasure reading and information needs.  Library Services assists students and staff in becoming ethical and effective users of information, resources, and ideas that will enable them to be lifelong learners.
