East Lake Academy charges a small fee to cover costs not covered by the Hamilton County Department of Education. The school fee for the 2021-2022 school year is $20.00. Certain extra-curricular activities and Athletics charge an additional fee for supplies and materials.

Students who pay their fees in the first month will have their names entered into a prize drawing.

Students must have been academically promoted (not placed), have satisfactory grades, good attendance and meet the approval of the coach. Athletes must pass a physical examination before participating in sports. All students are given an equal opportunity to participate through tryouts. Team membership one year does not guarantee membership the next year.
The athletic fee is $25.00 to $150.00 per sport.

Lost and Damaged Textbooks and ChromeBooks
The student or the parent shall pay for lost or damaged textbooks, library books, Chromebooks or damaged musical instruments. The school will not give grade cards, certificates or transcripts, or credit in the course for which the book was issued, until full restitution is made to the school.
