LiveSchool points are given to students in the form of a paycheck each week on Thursdays. This becomes the out of dress code pass for that week if students earned enough points according to the posters throughout the building.
Notes home will be sent when students move up or down.

According to state and federal law, a student who commits a zero tolerance offense is expelled for one calendar year unless modified by the Superintendent. This includes offenses on school properties, including buses and at school-sponsored functions. All violations will be reported to local law enforcement officials.
The following are zero tolerance offenses:
Possession of a weapon or any other dangerous device designed, made or adapted for the purpose of inflicting death or serious bodily injury or anything capable of causing death or serious bodily injury.
Possession, use, or sale of illegal substance, prescription, non-prescription, or counterfeit drugs or drug paraphernalia.
Striking a teacher, principal, administrator, SRO or other school system employee.
Transmitting by an electronic device a credible threat to cause bodily injury or death to another student or school employee
Students will be suspended for tobacco use on campus or at school functions and will be cited to court.
I will not bully others.
I will help students who are bullied.
I will include students who are left out.
If I know that someone is being bullied, I will tell someone at school and someone at home.
Any person who believes he or she has been the victim of harassment or sexual harassment by a student or an employee of the school system, or any third person with knowledge or belief of conduct which may constitute harassment or sexual harassment, should report the alleged acts immediately to an appropriate school system official as designated by this policy.
Reports shall be made to the immediate supervisor except when the immediate supervisor is the offending party. If the immediate supervisor is the offending party, the report may be made to the Office of the Superintendent or the Human Resource Office at 3074 Hickory Valley Road, Chattanooga, TN 37421 or by calling (423) 209-8538 immediately.
Student to student complaints should be reported to the Assistant Superintendent of Campus Support at 3074 Hickory Valley Road, Chattanooga, TN 37421 or by calling (423) 209-8530. If a complaint made by a student is given verbally, the principal shall reduce it to a written form within twenty-four (24) hours and forward it to the Assistant Superintendent of Campus Support under a confidential cover.
An oral complaint may be submitted, however, such complaint must be reduced in writing to ensure a more complete investigation. The complaint should include the identity of the alleged victim and the person accused; the location, date, time and circumstances surrounding the alleged incident; a description of what happened and any other evidence.
Submission of a complaint or report of harassment or sexual harassment will not affect the reporting individual's future employment, grades, or work assignments.
The school system will respect the confidentiality of the complainant and the individual(s) against whom the complaint is filed as much as possible, consistent with the school system's legal obligations and the necessity to investigate allegations of harassment and take disciplinary action when the conduct has occurred.
It is the policy of the Hamilton County Board of Education not to discriminate on the basis of sex, race, national origin, creed, age, or religion in any of the programs or practices in the school system. A complaint may be filed by anyone who has a grievance regarding discrimination as set forth in one of the following statutes: (1) The Rehabilitation Act of 1972, Section 504; (2) Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; or (3) Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972.

The driver may assign seats.

Do not eat or drink on the bus, and help keep the bus clean.
Violence is prohibited.
Remain seated with back packs in lap. Do not sit on bags.
No smoking.
Keep hands and head inside the bus.
Do not destroy property.
For your own safety, do not distract the driver through misbehavior.
Cross in front of the bus and never behind. Check to see that all traffic has stopped before crossing.
Do not ask the driver to let you off the bus at stops other than your own.
Go directly to your home.
Students may only ride their assigned bus. Permission to ride a bus may be granted by administration with a letter of request signed by a parent or guardian explaining the need to ride a different bus. The letter must be submitted to the main office before 12:00 noon. If approved, a permission slip will be given to the student by the school to give to the bus driver.
Penalties are at the discretion of the principal, depending on circumstances. Students who violate bus rules may lose bus riding privileges.
Level 1 Violation - up to 3 days upon the third offense, up to 10 days upon the fourth offense
Level 2 Violation - up to 3 days upon the second offense, up to 10 days upon the third offense, up to the remainder of the school year upon the fourth offense
Level 3 Violation - up to 10 days upon the first offense, up to the remainder of the school year upon the second offense
