🥰🍃Learning🍃🧑‍🦯

Describe learning as a process.

Learning is everywhere. Learning starts when a life begins in the womb to birth. And from birth to growing from a young age until life ends. Learning is set for each person differently on how they acquire new understanding and gain knowledge, skills, values, behaviors, and preferences influenced through direct and indirect experience. The learning process can occur both in school and around the environment through life experience and training. It can either change our behavior through practice or learning experience. Furthermore, a learning process can be physical, social, emotional, and cognitive that could last for a very long time in our memory.

🌼 Learning is any relatively permanent behavior change that occurs as a result of experience (Stephen P. Robbins).

List your 3 biggest takeaways from the readings.

As a teacher, the work of Saljo taught me the five conceptual learning. It differentiates the types of ways of learning. Also, it shows learning is the acquisition of information and knowing a lot, learning as memorizing, learning to store information, learning as acquiring, making sense, and interpreting and understanding reality differently. It provides information to understand how the learning process affects a person. Nevertheless, the most important takeaway is the three phases in the learning process which include before training, during training, and after training. Phase one shows us the prior knowledge that took place before class started. Phase two focuses on learning events that include activities based on the objective. And after training is the wrap-up after doing the activities. However, these three phases are the most unique part of learning and teaching.

🌿Learning is the process of having one’s behavior modified, more or less permanently, by what he does and the consequences of his actions, or by what he observes (Munn N.L.)🖌️💡⚖️

Learning is building the bond and relationship with our students to understand and have the knowledge of students' background, life and behavior.

Learning is fun.🥰
