Students interested in transferring from another major in UH Mānoa should meet with their existing program advisor to understand the transfer process.
All other transfers are encouraged to use the UH Course Transfer Database to see how their courses may count toward a UH Mānoa and NREM degree.
Currently enrolled UH Manoa students should have the following before transferring into NREM:
UH Mānoa transcript(s)
If applicable, department specific transfer forms
Minimum 2.5 Cumulative GPA
When all of these requirements have been met, please meet with a CTAHR advisor.

Currently enrolled students at a UH Community College should have the following before transferring into NREM:

If you are obtaining an ASNS with a concentration in NRM, consider taking these classes at your CC:
Applied Calculus: MATH 215, or MATH 241, or MATH 203
Economics: ECON 130 or ECON 220
Environmental Science: BIOL 124, IS 201, OCN 102/120, or SSM 101
Always check with an advisor to make sure your credits will transfer
