1. Review NREM requirements to double-check your credits are fulfilled

2. Schedule an advising appointment with CTAHR before your last semester of registration

3. Petition to graduate after registration under STAR at the bottom of your Academic Essentials page. A fee will be applied after petitioning.

4. Register for Commencement. The semester of your graduation, remember to keep an eye out for deadlines! You need to individually register for commencement, typically announcement is made 2-3 months into the semester.

5. Buy your cap, gown, tassel, and stoles. Tassels (B.S. NREM is GOLD), and extracurricular stoles are bought individually or according to your program.

6. Attend commencement practice and commencement! Congratulations!

What are some of the other perks of being a CTAHR graduate?

• CTAHR Convocation:  A private ceremony held at the end of every semester for all CTAHR graduates! Enjoy a last chance opportunity to meet with your classmates, friends, and family; enjoy light refreshments; and be recognized for your efforts!

• CTAHR Stoles: CTAHR graduates get a stole courtesy of the FDM Stole Society. Every stole is unique, created from recycled fabrics, and are completely complementary
