When will my name be submitted to HTSB and DOE?

The list will be submitted approximately 4-6 weeks after the end of the semester (grade submission deadline). 

For candidates completing student teaching in the Fall, the list should be submitted in mid to late January. For candidates completing student teaching in the Spring, the list should be submitted in early to mid June. For candidates completing student teaching in the Summer, the list should be submitted in late August to early September.
