The Leap-Start Program is designed to add significant workforce experience targeted at Tech, IT, and Cyber program students (sophomores and juniors) in need of substantive work experience before being able to successfully compete for jobs.
There are 20+ participating employers (and growing!) who are looking for students in a variety of tech, IT, and cybersecurity fields to join them. These internships are paid (starting at $19+/hour and have flexible hours during the semester and a possibility to work full time during the summer.
Students who have completed the Leap-Start Program have transitioned to full-time jobs in their field of choice.
