Our class worked on a group project with CoSpaces in conjunction with Mergecube hardware this week. My partner Sam and I worked together collaboratively to bring into the world a story about a knight facing up against powerful dark forces untold. Here I will type a summary of the story. By the Way, this project was definitely tied to the standard of Knowledge Constructor, since I had to build on previous knowledge to make an interactive experience. Also, it was an Innovative designer project in that I was required to design cohesive Co spaces magic.
First up, our hero Bill the Knight runs into some strange pirates squabbling with each other, who he quickly dispatches, and claims the sword they guarded. Next up he runs into some more pirates who accidentally reveal the dangers that Bill is up against. He rides off to find some old friends after facing up against a giant child and his menagerie of evil dancing camels. He and his friends fight yet another collection of pirates, then Bill goes alone to fight the giant evil knight behind the schemes. Here is the full script:(It's up top)
I actually learned quite a lot from this project! You may have read my page on my previous work with CoSpaces on the page about my VR world, but this time around I learned how truly in-depth the coding options go, how much you can really do. So many options opened up to me that I had previously no knowledge of! So much stuff was made available to me, it was kind of overwhelming! In fact the intense focus on options was a challenge I had to overcome in order to make something that actually made some kind of sense!
Something I'd do differently given the chance, however, is that I would have done more at home to explore how the software works and get a better grip on what I could do, giving the overall experience more polish. I wish I could've done so sooner...
A future I could pursue using this is software design, since I could really get a feel for how to create a template for online users to have creative freedom in their creations. I love the idea of a "Super Mario Maker-esque" creator-engine-type game that can be played online!
And now I will list 25 things you could make with this hardware.

2. A story about a dog

Here I will have videos of each scene of my Cospaces Mergecube project.
Wow! That's a lot! But wait, there's more! I still have to show you my coooooooode! IN all seriousness, though, below I have listed each of my scenes' coding lines, set in the script language CoBlocks.
In order from top left to bottom right: Scene 6, scene 5 p2, Scene 5 p1, Scene 4, Scene 3, Scene 2, Scene 1.
