Using the iPad, paper, pencils, pens, scissors and creativity, I created a video about inclusion. I did this because I wanted to share my experience of being left out to the world. It was fun to do but very stressful.

During this process, I learned how to take pictures with my nose. I also learned how to draw stars and use scissors to hold them all on my own. Finally, I learned how to use iMotion.

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Global Collaborator because I shared my website and masterpiece of a video to the world. It also ties to Creative Communicator because I creatively communicated a story about being left out.

A challenge I overcame on this project was holding up the iPad to take the pictures. I was able to do it by propping the iPad up on my boot. I also struggled with taking enough photos, so I just added as much filler as I could.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change the plot. The reason why I would change it is because I imagined it much cooler but it was too short for what I wanted to I had to add a lot of filler and still didnt complete the goal. I think with a better plot I would need less filler and could have more time to focus better and gewt my project finished.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the Digital Multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School. This is because its only on a screen and not in the real world.

My project connects to careers in animation because they w ork with stop motion and frame-by-frame shows. I could be a director and make claymation or other stop motion things.
