Using the lectec curriculum , I learned about how the skateboard works because it was the second part of my project.
During this process, I learned about how the energy and gravity effect the movement of the board.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to innovative designer because I stuck with the same project till it was finished .
A challenge I overcame on this project was figuring out how to be able to continue on where I left off. I was able to do it by emailing the owner of the company.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change nothing. The reason why I would change it is because i cant change anything.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the engineering design CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in Senior Development Engineer - Electric Motors
because it involves electric engines like my project did.
