I looked at examples on Mr. Renners website and looked at the robots.

Day 5 we tried coding it more and found out how

I played around a bit trying to connect the coding

We built legos on it and coded it

we worked with something else for a bit because it kept turning off

Using iMovie, a computer, a robot, and an iPad, I created a robot that moves and has a big ego because I thought it would be cool.
During this process, I learned how to code a robot.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Creative Communicator because I knew how to work with a group.
A challenge I overcame on this project was figuring out how to make and connect the code. I was able to do it by finding out how and why it wasn't connecting to our code because other people connected to our robot.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change how much coding we did The reason why I would change it is because we didn't have that much time to code because we were to busy building things on our robot to finish coding.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Engineering Design CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in Robotics technicians because they both use coding and fix problems with machines/coding robot issues..
