7P2 - Cardboard Creations

I created a cardboard keyboard using an iPad, scissors, markers, and hot glue because it was for my project and website and I wanna show my creations.

During this process, I learned how to use and be safe with a hot glue gun.

The class's seven standards are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties into these because being a creative communicator means working and talking with others to do an assignment or working together and making something better.

A challenge I overcame on this project was having a hard time communicating with other people and learning how. I was able to do it by working on a group project to make something.

If given the chance to do this again, I would change what we made The reason why I would change it is because I feel like it was too lame and I could make something better.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, and Marketing.  My project connects to the Culinary Arts CTE program at Hastings High School.  

My project connects to careers in construction because to construct something, you have to work together and build, and that's exactly what we did in this project.
