Using Tinkercad, I created a diamond play button because you can only get a real one if you have 10 million subscribers on YouTube.
During this process, I learned that some projects require a lot of "holes".
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative Designer because I created a new and creative project.
A challenge I overcame on this project was making everything look like a real one. I was able to do it by comparing it to a real picture every time I did something.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the width. The reason why I would change it is because it feels to big.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Engineering Design CTE program at Hastings High School because I created a special unique thing based off of someone else thing, but way cheaper. My project connects to careers in Engineering Design because I recreated something very cheap that originally costs a lot using tinker-cad and a 3d printer.
First, I made a box and added a lot of things to make it more round.
Next, I made a triangle like thing to put in the center of the play button base.
After that, I put the triangle into the middle of the play button.
Then, I moved it down a little more and grouped it.
Next, I regrouped the other thing and copied the base then regrouped it. Then, I added a hole in the center.
After that, I grouped the hole and base together.
Then, I added the texture.
Next, I grouped it.
Then, I was almost done, I moved the two pieces together.
Finally, I grouped it all together to make the finish projected.(still need to 3d print)

The materials I will need for my project is a 3d printer and Tinkercad.
The plan to create in this project is to make a diamond play button because it sounds really new and fun.
The unique qualities my project has is that you have to have 10 million subscribers to get one and I have a fake one that I got for free.
