day 1
I searched up some things that I like or enjoy onto google (with a filter), then I downloaded most of the photos that I'd need for my project.
day 2
I searched up slightly more photos that I'd need for this project, then looked in my photos for past pictures i took too see if I'd like them to be in my video. I counted the amount of pictures I had, and I had enough to start. I started my video project on iMovie, and added the photos onto my video.
day 3
I began finishing off my video by adding the rest of the photos that I would need, then adding text to the video as well.
day 4
I finished the video once I added the last pieces of text, shortened areas needed, adding extra audio (including voice over), then exported and downloaded it to my iPad
Using iMovie on the given school iPad, I created this video because I wanted to show the things I enjoy and appreciate. By taking my time, I was able to complete this first goal.
During this project, I needed to learn how to find copy right free images. The 7 standards of the class are Empowered learner, Digital citizen, knowledge constructer, innovate designer, Computational Thinker, and Global Collaborator. The reason my project ties into one of these standards more than others, Innovative Designer, is because I made this video with a plan and original idea.
Although I struggled with finding images that were good quality, I would be able to overcome this challenge by using more vague searches and using photos that are closest to my plans. Photos that were copy right free were difficult to find, as there isn't much you can do about copy righted characters. all together though, I was able to find about twenty images on google.
If I were able to change a part of my video, I would change my voice overs. This is because I didn't put much effort into them, and both of them were fairly short. I would've made my voice overs longer, and put more effort into them, rather than putting them in random areas and making random noises.
Hasting High School Career and technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programing, Construction trades, Culinary Trades, Construction Trades, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Designs, Finance, Insurance, and marketing. My project connects to the Digital Multimedia as it can only be viewed online, and I've used online sources, such as google.
My project connects to careers such as Web Design Specialist because I help design a product and create it. A Web Design Specialist.
will make the overall layout of a digital projects, so that's why it connects to my project.
