Jayla's Blog For 8P2- Green Screen
Making progress:
Day 1- On day 1 we started making all the cut outs and started making the wheel.
Day 2- me and anna started intervewing people
day 3- we finished up intervewing and started working on what we would do the next day for the game
Day 4- we made the layout for the game and started filiming round 1 for wheel of unfortinet.
Day 5- We made new words and started filming round 2
Day 6- We made another new word and made the layout and filmed round 3 and the extra intervewis.
Day 7- we started working and editing the videos we took and we also finished up the interviews.
Day 8- we continued to work on the editing of the video/videos.
Day 9- We continued editing and we figure how to change the background on green screen.
Day 10- We finished the last of editing and tried to put the videos together (fail).
Day 11- we finally finished the editing and the project and finished the website.
In conclusion:
Using an iPad, a computer, and a green screen, I created a game show called Wheel of unfortient, because I and Anna wanted to make some entertaminment for people.
During this process, I learned how to edit videos on i movie.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Empowered learner because I used technology .to set a goal and build a group of people I can work with and learn in new and different ways.
A challenge I overcame on this project was figuring out how to edit on I moive. I was able to do it by using google to help me figure out stuff and how to put a green screen background.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change How long the video is and the editing and setup.. The reason why I would change it is because the video is 15mins long and that's .a long time and also the editingbecause we could've done more.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the computer programming and digital mulimedia CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in film production, such as video editor. or live action videographer and more.
