What materials will you need for your project?

Some materials that I will need are: A Computer, a Merge cube, and a phone or tablet.

What is your plan to create in this project?

My plan is to make an around the world project with the merge cube.

What unique qualities will your project have?

Some unique qualities that my project will have are: Its an all around the world project (That I am making) with the merge cube.

Using the merge cube, I created a all around the world merge cube story because I decided that an all around the world Merge cube project would be cool to make.

During this process, I learned that it is really hard to work on the sides of the merge cube and placing things on it as well.

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative Designer because in the merge project you had to work on a computer to design a world or story.

A challenge I overcame on this project was placing objects on the sides of the merge cube. I was able to do it by figuring out a way to place them correctly on the merge cube sides.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change the way I had the story not added. The reason why I would change it is because I didn't have enough time to get a video in (Mainly because I didn't know how to work it off my phone.) because right now it just looks like a merge cube with random stuff on it.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Computer Programming CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in merge cube creators.
