Are you working by yourself or in a team?
With one partner
What materials will you need for your project?
sphere bolt , i pad.
What is your plan to create in this project?
Figure out how to drive and control the bolt.
What unique qualities will your project have?
Its a robot and its controlled by the touch of a finger on a joystick.
Using The bolt, I created a robot that was controlled by a joystick because i thought it would be a cool idea to say " i can control a robot .
During this process, I learned How to move the bolt in any which direction i choose and how to control its speed and make it stop and go when i want.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to a knowledge constructor because i made a learning experience for myself that therefor helped me learn something new.
A challenge I overcame on this project was being able to learn how to connect the robot (bolt) to my i pad by not connecting it to my partners i pad this was a problem because we were trying to connect them at the same time. I was able to do it by walking farther away and connecting the bolts at different times.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change us not having them nothing to do with them and i would make a cool battle course or an extreme obstacle course. The reason why I would change it is because it would be more entertaining and more of strategy to it and add a competitive level to it.
