• Using Tinker CAD, I created a phone stand because I always am watching video's and my neck always hurts .

• During this process, I learned that always take measurements.

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Knowledge Constructor because I learned that a lot of neck problems are caused by looking down at a phone or device. That is why I created a phone stand so I can look up at the phone instead of down.

• A challenge I overcame on this project was how big was the slot for the phone was going to be. I was able to do it by looking up the dimensions of different phones.

• Given a chance to do this again, I would change how tall it is. The reason why I would change it is because It doesn't have the best fit so it takes a couple of tries to put it on..

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Engineering Design CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in creating phone accessories.
