Day 4 Finished the slides
Day 5 I made a carpet board
Day 6 I added some more detail to the slides
Using carboard, I created sandals because I wanted to know if i could use something people throw out everyday in to an item that could be used everyday.
During this process, I learned some times you can do one thing right but not the other.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Knowledge constructer because I've made shoes with cardboard before when I was younger.
A challenge I overcame on this project was trying to make the shoes the right size. I was able to do it by cutting the cardboard very carefully.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the way I made the straps of the sandals because they don't fit very well. The reason why I would change it is because they don't fit my foot very well.
