Using Cospaces, I created a VR world because I wanted to see what it would be like if instead or using a green screen have those things right there.
During this process, I learned that making games isn't all that hard in VR.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative Designer because I came over not know how to make the things move and do stuff.
Another challenge I overcame on this project was I wasn't able to find out how to length and height of a character. I was able to do it by ask a friend for some help.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change how I placed the different places. The reason why I would change it is because I made them to small so you can't see most of them.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Computer Programming CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in programming VR games.
