Using sphero play, an ipad, and things around the classroom, I created an obstacle course for the robots to go through with Alisha because we wanted to race our robots but we didn't want it to be super easy.
During this process, I learned how to control the robots better and use resources around the classroom to my advantage in making/doing our project better and harder for us to do.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to knowledge constructor because we had to create an obstacle course by ourselves with things around to room.
A challenge I overcame on this project was finding what to use for the obstacle course I was able to do it by looking around and testing out different things to be able to make the course more difficult and fun to do.
Given a chance to do this again, I would add more things to the course for us to do. The reason why I would change it is because so then it would be more of a challenge for us to do and make it more fun/longer and interesting.
