Using scratch, I created Pong because it's a relaxing game on scratch and learn how to code video games on a coding website.
During this process, I learned how to code pong with some moment commands. For instance make it so the paddle fallows your mouse.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to designing games because I designed a game.
A challenge I overcame on this project was the small room. I was able to do it by shrinking the paddle and ball to make the map smaller.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change fact its only single player. The reason why I would change it is because its boring to play alone and I will try to play with others on the same computer.

My project connects to the Engineering Design CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in game designing because I designed a game that people hopefully will like and will play a lot and be relaxed but not to relaxed.
