Using tinfoil, I created a boat because I wanted to test how buoyancy works.
During this process, I learned how to make a good boat.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Knowledge constructor because I learned how to make something buoyant.
A challenge I overcame on this project was water leaks. I was able to do it by adding multiple layers .
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the design. The reason why I would change it is because I would want to try something different.

My project connects to the Construction trades CTE program at Hastings High School.
