7P5-6 Robots

Using code, I created robot programs because I was excited to work with robots and find out how to move and make them do actions.

During this process, I learned how to code better.

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative Designer because I used code to make robots move and do some tasks. I also had to overcome some problems with the robots that included the robots not working properly and when my code wasn't working i had to find out what was wrong. 

A challenge I overcame on this project was code that was not working. I was able to do it by testing it to find out what was wrong. 

Given a chance to do this again, I would change the order in which I did the projects. The reason why I would change it is because some were harder than others such as iRobot was harder then Dash.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the Computer Programming CTE program at Hastings High School.  My project connects to careers in robot programming or automation engineer.
