we filmed many videos of it in action. The ones were it comes back to me are for my final project and it goes in a D shape
Using a sphero, I created a code so that the sphero could go in a D Shape, because we wanted to make it so the sphero could come back to us. We also were told to make it go around a two by three square so that is in one of the videos, that took us one and a half days to make and we had to ask for help from another group. Our code were we made it go back to me took half the third day because we finally learned how to code.
During this process, I learned how to drive a sphero. I learned this because I have ever had a sphero before so I just learned what they are. I also learned how to code a sphero. I learned this by watching my partner code something and then I coded something so that is how I learned how to code spheros.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to computational thinker because I learned a lot during this project. My project also is connected to empowered learner. My project is connected to that because I made a goal that I would be able to do certain things with the sphero
A challenge I overcame on this project was that I didn't know how to use the sphero. I was able to do it by practicing with the sphero for the first day. One other challenge I was able to overcome on this project was The fact that the code was hard to create. I overcame this by asking for help.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change how much time we have to do this project. The reason why I would change it is because I felt rushed through out this project. I would also change the things we were aloud to do. I would change this because making go in a pattern was plain.

My project connects to the computer programing CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in toy coding. It connects to toy coding because I created a code for a toy so it would do what I want.
