• Using imovie , I created a comedic commercial because we had to make a commercial so we decided to make it comedic. The commercial is 46 second long and, has three actors Ethan (me) as a business man, Reese and Spencer as real people who are using the product. It took us 45 minutes to film and 10 minutes to edit. We have a script as well, they're 95 words in the script.

• During this process, I learned that for as short as a video is it will take along time. I learned this because for a 46 second video it took in total 2 days of production as in editing, filming and script writing, and a script read. The script read alone took one day.

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to creative communicator because I had to communicate creatively with my group not only during the video but while the video was not running. The way i communicated during the commercial is i had to speak publicly using creative comedic words. The way i communicated off the set with my group was by saying my thoughts on what to do during the project.

• A challenge I overcame on this project was that remembering your lines is really difficult. I was able to do it by reading through the script multiple times on my own. Even though I over came the issue I still had a few screw ups such as i forgot what to say once after kicking the door down. Over all I over came this challenge quickly.

• Given a chance to do this again, I would change our shooting location. The reason why I would change it is because we filmed in this small room that was really cramped. Another reason i would change where we filmed is because there was this massive table in the middle of the room that made it even more cramped. That is what i would do differently if i did this project again.

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Digital Multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in acting, writing, and editing. The reason this connects to acting is because I acted in the commercial. The reason my project connects to writing and editing is because i helped write the script, and because I edited part of the commercial
