Using the CNC Machine , I created I need a cool sign for my room because This is super cool and came out better then I thought . I am going to put epoxy.

During this process, I learned how the CNC things work and how cool you can make something out of it.

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Knowledge Constructor , because I figured out how the CNC machine works . So I could make my sign for my room.

A challenge I overcame on this project was the depth of the board . I was able to do it by getting a thick board.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change the depth of the cut. The reason why I would change it is because So then I could use a different board.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Computer Programming CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in Sign making because I took a board and made a sign . Thank you Mr. Renner for getting these super cool machines for us to do cool projects with.
