Using the CnC machine , I created a sign for my grandma because I really liked the idea for my grandmas birthday.

During this process, I learned how the CnC machine works .

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative Designer because I used wood and created a sign with the CnC machine .

A challenge I overcame on this project was trying to get the dimensions right. I was able to do it by getting as close as possible .

Given a chance to do this again, I would change the angle . The reason why I would change it is because it is a little off.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Construction Trades CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in carving wood and making a sign for my grandma.
