I am working with a team. My partners are Nathan and Brayden
We will need cardboard, duct tape, lights, pins, and paper.
We'll make a city with functional lights.
It will have a unique property which is an airport.
Sentence Starters
Using cardboard, I created a city because we thought that it would be an interesting thing to build and would give us a good start at building. We also thought that we could put in some fun references to things like The Simpsons and other things. Finally we thought that we could make some buildings from pop culture we all liked.
During this process, I learned how to make a very simple city made with cardboard. I also learned how to make billboards with popsicle sticks. Lastly I learned how easy it is to work with cardboard.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Creative Communicator because I used the things I was given to express myself with the city I made. I did this by creating references to some of my favorite things including The Simpsons Batman.
A challenge I overcame on this project was working as a team. I was able to do it by simply dealing with them.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change what my city would look like and have. The reason why I would change it is because the city I made now looks kinda ugly.
