Using ,scratch a I created a maze game because it was the assigned project . During this process, I learned how to use if then blocks to make obstacles. The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator My project ties to Global Collaborator because others will see what I created. A challenge I overcame on this project was getting the sprite to restart when it hit the obstacle. I was able to do it by adding a stop all block to stop the rest of the code to stop . Given a chance to do this again, I would add obstacles that chase you. The reason why I would change it is because the game is pretty easy. Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.
