To create a funny documentary skit

What unique qualities will your project have?

I'm gonna use one of my old projects in a new project

day 1, made some of our skit and took pictures for the website

day 2, got back to making our skit and ended up finishing it and printed it out

day 3, started making the interviewing part of the documentary in the green screen room

day 4, started recording the part where we actually use hoop

day 5, recorded again for the funny parts of it like the misses when shooting it.

day 6, started editing the video and doing the reference sheet for my website.

day 7, finishing up the website and adding the videos to it.

• Using an iPad, my old carboard project, and iMovie, I created a funny documentary type movie because I like playing sports so if I'm adding what I like to a project for school and making it funny then it would be a overall better project.

• During this process, I learned that making a skit and actually making a good movie with the right clips and clips that make sense is harder than it looks, I thought this would be easy, it wasn't at all.

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Global Collaborator because I'm working in a team and we each have a role in the project and we also are working towards the end goal while working in a team.

• A challenge I overcame on this project was not getting the website done fast enough because we spent a lot of time recording and editing. I was able to do it by working on the website only for the last day.

• Given a chance to do this again, I would change the time it took us to do it. The reason why I would change it is because it was taking to long to record and edit so I wish I could have more time to work on my website.

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Digital Multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in film production.
