What materials will you need for your project? I will need an iPad, cardboard, hot glue, scissors, and a computer

What is your plan to create in this project? I'm gonna create a mini basketball hoop to shoot on.

What unique qualities will your project have to separate it from other peoples’ projects? its gonna be bigger thank a lot of other peoples projects

Day 1, I was thinking of a project

Day 2, I tried to do something on a game but it didn't work

Day 3, I finally decided what I am going to do, which is build a mini basketball hoop

Day 4, I start building the mini basketball hoop, I made the rim and the structure its gonna stand on

Day 5 I almost got done putting it all together

Day 6, gone

Day 7, finishing the website, putting the videos on it and publishing it.

• Using an iPad, cardboard, hot glue, scissors, and a computer, I created a mini basketball hoop made out of cardboard because I like basketball.

• During this process, I learned that thinking of a project to make is harder than I thought.

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to because I'm making a project

• A challenge I overcame on this project was building what I wanted in a short amount of time., the reason I had a short amount of time is because I was gonna do a different project but couldn't because of an error. I was able to overcome the problem by working fast and not making to big of a project to where it would take forever.

• Given a chance to do this again, I would change the time I had to do it. The reason why I would change it is because I didn't have enough time.

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the construction trades CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in construction because I'm building a structure out of cardboard, and construction workers build buildings and structures like what I'm doing.
