7P3 - Micro bit Project

Using a micro bit, a p.c. and, microbit coding, I created a name slide, love meter, rock paper scissors, a heart scroll, a dice, and flappy bird because I wanted to make an interactive project that i could use by myself and with others.

During this process, I learned how to program and to use my patience and not get mad over small mistakes.

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties toknowledge constructor because I didn't know how to use a micro bit before this project and i created a lot of things on this microbit.

A challenge I overcame on this project was learning how to do the correct coding I was able to do it by using youtube tutorials and also by use extra coding.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change some of my projcets is made. The reason why I would change it is because I dont likr the way that they look and how complicated they were to make.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the computer programing CTE program at Hastings High School.  

My project connects to careers in web devloping because you have to program websites before you can put them on the internet and have people use it.
