REFLECTIONS

• Using my iPad and LEGO's, I created a 3-minute movie about what could happen if you cheat because because cheating is a very evil and bad thing to do.

• During this process, I learned how hard it is to make a stop motion movie.

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Empowered Learner, Innovative Designer, and Creative Communicator because, firstly, as an Empowered Learner,  I used the LEGO's and our iPad's to achieve our 3 minute video. Then, as an Innovative Designer, I tried to help solve to not cheat by making a 3 minute video about the consequences of cheating. Lastly, as a Creative Communicator, I worked with my partner to get pictures and where to move the LEGO's.

• A challenge I overcame on this project was making them holding objects. I was able to do it by balancing it with their head and arm.

• Given a chance to do this again, I would change the meaning. The reason why I would change it is because there are worse things happening in the world.

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the Digital Multi-Meda CTE program at Hastings High School.  

• My project connects to careers in Core Creative Roles because they design and build the puppets, props, and miniature sets from materials like clay, silicone, or 3D prints.
