REFLECTION:

• Using an iPad, iMovie, and a computer, I created my video about my 5 favorite videogames because I like to play videogames. The iPad helped me get my photos and use iMovie. iMovie helped me make my movie. My computer helped me post my video onto this website, and write my daily log.

• During this process, I learned how to use Google Website, how to use an iPad, how to upload photos, and how to use iMovie. I never used an iPad, so it took me a while to figure out the actions and things. To upload CC photos, you have to go to Search Tools, click the Photo Licenses icon, turn on CC, and hold down the CC photo you want. on iMovie, you can use the photos to make the movies, and make footage videos.

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator because I used my iPad to upload photos to my iMovie for my video, I used Creative Commons photos, made a positive video, planned my iMovie, used my photos to create a 30-60 second video, made a video expressing what I like to do and my opinion about it, used digital tools, and because I made a website and shared it to the world.

• A challenge I overcame on this project was talking proudly. I was able to do it by recording my voice bravely, without stuttering, and being calm. It took me 5 tries because I sometimes sounded mad, sometimes I stuttered, and sometimes my voice cracked.

• Given a chance to do this again, I would change some games for some Oculus 3s games by looking harder. The reason why I would change it is because games on my VR are so fun, yet barely any good photos. Most of the photos were just random other photos, or were very "pixely"

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, and Marketing.  My project connects to the Digital Multi-Media CTE program at Hastings High School. It connects to the Digital Multi-Media CTE Program by forming the visual foundation for digital experiences, using principles of layout, color, and typography to convey messages and brand identity across various digital platforms   

• My project connects to careers in graphic designing and web development, because it creates visual concepts for a variety of digital and print materials, including logos, websites,  and advertisements. Also because Designs visual concepts for websites, advertisements, logos, and other digital and print media using typography, color theory, and layout design. They use software like Adobe Creative Suite to bring their designs to life. Also, Graphic designers in the US make a median salary of approximately $58,910 per year, and web developers make approximately $91,000 to $98,000.
