Beginning this year students throughout the district will be introduced to Smart Futures. Smart Futures is an online career planning and career portfolio platform that will support our students' career exploration and awareness. Parents are highly encouraged to look at their child's progress. As a parent, you will be able to review your child’s career plan, which documents interests in careers, career clusters, and programs. As students move on to high school, you can look at majors, post-secondary schools and colleges that your child may be interested in. Parents can view Smart Futures activities by logging in using their child’s school Google account.
Previous career activities prior to this school year can be found in the graduation year career artifacts google classroom. For example, if your child is a current 7th grader, you would ask them to open and show you “2028 Career Artifacts” Google classroom.
