Week 24
Kind is Cool Week!
Throughout the week, students will participate in daily devotions, classroom discussions, and the school’s Kindness Chain project as we learn what it means to live out God’s love through our words and actions. Families are encouraged to talk with students about ways to practice kindness at school, at home, and in our community. Please watch for daily themes, dress-up days, and activity details shared by the school.
Please join us for Chapel on Wednesday, February 11 at 9:00am
Valentine's Party on Friday!
Our AMAZING room moms are hosting our class Valentine's party on Friday, February 13. Please have your child prepare Valentine's for their classmates. They will be distributing their Valentines on Friday during our class party. Click here for the class list.
Grandparents Day
Following our Grandparents' Day activities on Friday, February 27, the seventh grade class will be hosting an In 'N' Out lunch fundraiser on our campus. This fundraiser helps fund the students' trip to Washington DC in the spring of 2027. This is a wonderful trip and an experience they will never forget.
Each meal consists of a cheeseburger, a bag of potato chips, and a bottle of water. Consider bringing a blanket and making it a picnic, or you may eat your lunches at any of the picnic tables across the campus. Lunch will be available beginning at 11:30 and tables will be set up outside the 4th and 5th grade classrooms. The cost for each meal is $10; please bring cash or a check (payable to Hanford Christian School).
If you think you might like to purchase a lunch - please fill out this interest form to help us plan for the number of meals needed.
Additionally, our school is hosting a book sale in the gym. When you have finished eating, please check it out.
Please be sure your child is wearing appropriate shoes and clothes for P.E. on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Please send a reusable water bottle with your child to school each day. Thank you!
