Miss woudstra's Class
Week 22
Week 22
Grandparent's Day is just around the corner! Invitations for Grandparent's Day will be sent home this week. Please help your child fill out the mailing address on the invitation and send or deliver them to their grandparents. (Please note: Our classroom is Room 24).
Descriptive Writing Assignment
In preparation for Grandparent's day, students will be applying their descriptive writing skills to a writing assignment about one of their grandparents. Please talk with your child about the grandparent they have chosen to write about and help them with some brainstorming this weekend. Students should be able to describe their grandparents in detail - discussing their physical traits, character traits, likes, and dislikes. Thank you for your support from home!
100th Day
Tuesday, January 27 is the 100th day of school. K-2 students are welcome to come to school dressed as an 100 year old on this day.
Please be sure your child is wearing appropriate shoes and clothes for P.E. on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Please send a reusable water bottle with your child to school each day. Thank you!
