PAC offers a variety of workshops throughout the academic year that hone your academic skills, help you achieve greater life/work balance, fulfill PAC grant requirements and support your success in college and beyond! Remember, you must attend two (2) or more workshops to be eligible for the PAC grant.

Looking for low-key ways to connect with other PAC members? Feeling tense from studying and typing? Need a good stretch or a little quiet time? Come to Gentle Yoga and Chill Out with PAC for moments of quiet contemplation, gentle movement, and chill music. Learn how gentle movement can reduce your overall stress and tension. No experience necessary! Bring a blanket or a yoga mat. Dress comfortably!
