Advanced Placement

ADVANCED PLACEMENT - These courses are designed for students who will be pursuing a college education and who are willing to accept the rigor these classes require. Students will be held to standards comparable to those of actual college-level courses. Students may elect to take an Advanced Placement Examination administered by the College Board for each Advanced Placement course they are taking.

AP exams are administered in May each school year by any student who is currently enrolled in an AP class. Students will pay the entire cost ($85.00) for each exam. College credit may be earned based on the individual student's AP exam scores.
